It is the highest body of the institute which is responsible for policy development; preparation and finalization of annual budget; and monitoring of administrative and academic activities. The Dean of the institute chairs this body.
Role and responsibilities:
To develop and implement a policy for proper management and development of the institution under the rules and regulations of the University.
To develop and implement short term and long term plans.
To instruct and guide the Dean
To follow the instructions given by the Executive council, Academic council and faculty board.
To supervise and monitor the activities of different campuses and give necessary instructions.
To supervise the activities of Implementation committee and give relevant instructions to the committee.
